Ash & Co was founded in January 2023 by the students and staff of Heartshare Education Center.

What began as a hobby for one student, Ashlly, has grown into a vocational and employment program that creates unique handcrafted jewelry while providing meaningful job training and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Today, Ash & Co serves as a bridge from school into adulthood, supporting students, pre-vocational participants, SEMP participants, and day habilitation individuals as they build real-world vocational, social, and employment skills in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Our mission is to empower individuals through meaningful work, creative expression, and community inclusion. Every bracelet is handcrafted with care and attention to detail, reflecting the talents, strengths, and individuality of the people who make them. Through hands-on vocational training, collaborative teamwork, and employment experiences, participants develop confidence, independence, and transferable job skills.
